It has been a very tiring week.
A lot of things to do and i don't have time to write my blog.
Finally weekend is here.
Monday.
I attended my Basic Photography class for the first time.
I was surprised by the class.
The lecturer is very strict, like Mr Jamil.
He does not look friendly
This class is the most quiet class i have ever been to.
When the lecturer is not talking.
The whole place is so quiet that i can't take.
Its like, you don't feel the presence of other people around.
Its like, you are all alone in a room made of sound proof walls.
Very unbearable.
Next is colour class.
Its very troublesome because we have to combine colours together
to form some particular colour.
Luckily the lecturer is very friendly.
Tue
The photo class is damn heavy
too much information for us to take in.
Its like they squeezed several days of lectures into one.
As for colouring, its as usual
Mix this mix that only.
Thur
Sucks. Have to go to Mustafa there to shoot pictures of that area.
Must finish 2 rolls of film within 1.5 hour.
Walked around with my friends shooting pictures.
One of my friends was almost hurted when an old man threw a crow bar at him.
luckily it missed him. My friend was asking him for permission
for photographying that area and that old man became agitated.
He chased after us for a distance!
The place is rather run down.
A lot of those very old buildings around
Some areas look like some scenes of some horror movie.
Fri
Have to wash our film by ourselves in the Film processing room.
The dark room is totally dark.
Thats because a slight light will burn the film
Even if you open your eyes, your vision is still the same as closing your eyes.
Have to unwind the film to be placed into some dark container.
At first, i cant see what i am doing and struggled to unwind my film.
Next, we have to add various chemicals into our container and shake.
Must rest for 30 secs and shake for 10 secs for 7 mins for example.
Have to memorise the whole procedure and every timing.
After that i took my film and put into the film dryer to dry.
The chemicals are highly corrosive and dangerous
My hands felt like needles poking hard on your skin.
Damn painful
To be continued.
