Something very spooky happened yesterday. Last night, i was on my way home from Kovan MRT station when i remembered that i need to sms Desmond to ask what time he and WeiFeng would be going to school this morning. As soon as i sent the SMS, i walked past Mac Donald and saw a familiar hair style. I took a closer look and realised that he was Desmond and Wei Feng was just sitting beside there. OMG!! How can it be so coincidental. Its so spooky man... Desmond showed me the sms that i just sent to him. I sweared that i didnt know they were around Mac there studying. I joined them for the entire night. It was very fun because we talked about many stuffs... For the past few days, i have been thinking about the importance of talking with people. What i meant is not about crapping and joking. Yes, crapping and joking is good when you are with a group of friends, but sometimes, we should sit down quietly and talk about those important and serious stuffs. Something like, "what are you going to do in future?" or maybe "how's your life nowadays" Such questions enable people to think deeper and wiser. Although it's fun to crap and joke around, try to spend sometime to think about those things which we usually overlooked in our lives. Craps and Jokes are meant to brighten up our lives and make our bonds closer. Serious talks are meant for better understanding our friends and hopefully, allows them to think about their life and plans. "The world is not a playground where you can enjoy and play all you like."
Oh...and one more think. I seriously believe that... "What is right is not always popular and what is popular is not always right"Don't think that you are wrong just because you are different from the crowd, sometimes, you maybe the only wise person in the crowd. No matter how far-fetch a person's dream is, never ever laugh at him because you could have destroy his dream in an instance.

haha.. alright... my small break has come to an end. Next week has another 2 new modules. Drawing Fundamental and Creative Thinking. Oh my... Drawing Fundamental i hope is like secondary school that kind because at least i have some experience before. I'm looking forward to creative think, i think is those very slack one, or should i say, hope for. Damn.. My holiday is 12 weeks from now... its getting nearer and nearer and nearer... Good luck everyone.. all the best man. Especially those taking A levels, hope that all of you will have peace in your mind and concentrate well on your studies.

I'm blogging for yesterday.
Yesterday was CCN day!.
Rushing through the typo project in the studio.
Finished already, i went to help my class to sell hamsters !
Want to know why i am so happy today?
I have finally completed 2 modules this block...means..there is proper weekends for me!!
weekends without having to work on projects.
Whoa... there were alot of people walking around in the compus
The hamsters are so cute man...espeacially when they sit like a ball shape.
like a furry ball.
Sat down at the stall. Wondering why so few of my classmates were there.
Im so happy.. finally can relax abit and enjoy this special occasion.
I was feeling bored and they asked me to go promote our hamsters
so together with another classmates, we walked around the campus carrying hamsters
She is so funny. Like those super enthusiastic people.
always talking about how to improve our sales.
Attracted many people, espeacially girls.
most of them didnt know there was a hamster booth.
I asked them to visit our booth at des sch.
Talked to many people, some likes to joke.."can feed my cat?" "can i eat it?"
saw alot of my frinds around in the campus.
Like so fun, all talk about the hamsters i'm carrying and asked me. "what happen to the left over?"
I don have answer because my lecturer don't want say.
The 2 of us walked around the campus in circle showing them our hamsters, let them touch.
and i was afraid that the hamster might get traumatized..
I took early leave at 4.30pm. Went to TM to meet Chenglong, hong, junxing and zhong yang for... X-MEN 3!. whoa...had great time watching because all of them are x-men fans and know alot about X-men. lol.

Yeah...~ the 1st block is finally coming to an end. Finally i can relax abit... Finally i have the time to blog.. I want to summarize the past few weeks because i just feel like saying out.
The group work on our presentation on promoting goat milk is rather slack.... I pointed some mistakes and i'm afraid that i might offend them. So today is the actual presentation day.. I was very nervous. I always get nervous when i have to talk with a large group of people. The only thing that i think i contributed the most is the ideas of the goat milk...
As for my typography.. My lecturer told me that the shops in BrasBasa usually start at 8am +..and she allowed us to go there this morning...no need to attend her class until 11am. I went there with my friends and found out that the shop opens at 10.30am. this is super dumb.
One more thing... I realized that in many people's mind, design school is the easiest school. I head some people say that..." WAH! no need exam? so good!!" "wah... monday no nd go school...you damn free lor!" "aiya...design sch no nd work hard also can pass one" " art is a damn easy subject lor...the diploma is so easy to get." "project works good what...anyhow do also can get high marks" " des sch timetable is so flexible lor..."
ok... at first in sec sch, i usually laugh when people told me these. But ever since i started studying in design school, i realized that the reality is so different. Yes.. you guys can say, i don't mind.. i just treat it as a joke a laugh with u. But if you really think that des sch is like that, then i must correct you. PLEASE. Do not think that just because im in design sch, i have alot of free time.
No exam is good? Please be fair with me. Project work is equally hard. In exam i know that you must study hard...doing project does not mean i can slack. I must work for hours and hours...sometimes must stay awake for the many days. The lecturer don't care about you, they give you STUFF AND EXPECT YOU TO COMPLETE IT. Because if you don't you fail.
My class starts at 9am - 6pm. You think good? I reached home at 7pm. bathe and eat until 8pm..start doing assignments. And for goodness sake. This year block teaching means that the whole sem long of class is squessed into every day.. means... we go 0.5 - 2 days to do, compared to past years... 1 whole week. IF you seriously think that des sch is damn simple and relax, then YOU COME TO MY SCHOOL PLEASE. I don't expect my sch to be harder than other sch... i just want ppl to KNOW THAT MY SCH IS AS HARD AS ALL OF YOUR SCHOOLS.
Director of my sch told me personally this. " If you have been to hell, everywhere is heaven."

Cool...all the 3 groups presented well and the teacher was impressed by us. She said that the block teaching is good because she finds that we are doing a good job in presentation, eventhough we have only 4 days to do. Oh.. i found a student who talked like a lecturer, a very talented speaker. Luckily, the teacher gave us one more day to hand in our designed fonts because most people could not finish by today..(expected). Slack alot during the lesson.
12pm.. went to the design school canteen to have lunch with my 2 only friends who shared the same timetable, Zhi wen and Darren. So pathetic right...somemore some people rather meet amongst themselves for lunch rather than ask me along. People who i know since secondary. Its too bad eh.. Saw zhang ge having lunch at des-canteen. Ate until 12.40pm. Think is break? No way... we went to the library to rush our fonts...sian.. i have to redo everything.. Then zhiwen's group people called him for meeting and i followed them. I was doing my work so no time to chat with them..haha. I saw wee keat in the library. And... i know who that irritating person is... i guessed correctly is him even before wee keat told me, because he made the sound " tsk" like not happy that i am talking to WK, then stared at me.. I also saw stacey in the lift, she immediately used her files to cover her face...ya..nice try.. as if i could not recognize you. Saw si yun also.

so..finally i have something to blog.
Today is mother's day. I wish every mother in this world a happy mother's day. I read the Sunday times about the amazing feats the mothers from various parts of the world have done. Wow... The mother of an autistic child is one of the greatest mums. Its so touching to know how the mum treats her children, so much attention and patience is needed.
Woke up at 8am. Played 1 match of DOTA. Had a plate of Pork-rib noodles as breakfast...not bad. Watched the latest naruto episode. Wow..its nice. Akamaru very pitiful lor...caught the virus. Then Shino's bug lost control and attacked akamaru. The virus allowed akamaru to turn into a giant beast. Oh my...ANBU team is so damn cool.
Watched finish, i started searching for the fonts that best suit my personaliy. My positive, neutral and negative personality. After that i have to combine the fonts into one unique font which will be designed by me. Ya... my assignments. Don't think its easy. I still have to write an explanation as long as an essay on why the fonts suit me.
I had my mother's day celebration at a restaurant around my area. The food was so damn nice. I just love eating sea food, and oh my god...the chilli crab.. So nice man! I ate 1 whole crab plus 1 more pincer. There are only 7 of us and the food is for 10 people. Oh ya.. my mother could not attend this dinner. This dinner is more for my grand mother. Oh..i love my grandmother she is so nice and friendly. Ya..thats all.

oh.. cool. Last saturday we had a match with eugene's friends. We lost, 6-4. But who cares. I just recovered from my illness and was therefore very weak. Sub myself out before first half finish. We lost so what? No big deal. I saw with my own eyes how my friends were running and chasing the ball. Some trying to run into strategic location but too bad they complained Offside, but we can learn. Goalkeeper who jumped countless times to save ball. But still we lost, and nobody will blame us. We all had done our best or maybe we can do better. Good team. Ah...my assignment. Weekends one. To design a calendar for a month. Whoa... thats so interesting until i started doing and realised that there was so much troubles in it. I don even know how to add the colours well. So...nevermind. From my past experience, i think that i just do my best thats all. If there is really no time, then i shall hand my simple piece to her and then learn how from what others did. Anyway.. the lectures are for me to learn what.. Oh..i remembered one embarressing incident. A group finish presenting their Mc Donald proposal to us and i asked a Question like. "So you expect us to make bigger burgers and sell them cheaper. Are we making a loss" Then everybody said that it should be "lost" and not "loss". so dumb... long time never study EL, forgotten the words. I need Miss Teo and Mdm Woo's help again...

Oh...finally the week ends have arrived. The lectures that i have attended are not too bad. I don really like typography because it is very very tedious, boring, troublesome to do the assignment. Usually requires 3-5 hours of working. Have to take note of every small detail and i edit until i fed up.. Worked until 1am+ every night to finish. I can always do it in 1 hour but it is definitely going to fail. This Design assignment is not like those worksheets whereby there is a fix answer to the problem. This Design assignment has not fix ans...so the more you think the better it gets so...alot of time is needed.
I just love the lectures on marketing. The students there are so funny and enthusiastic. The lecturer was very very friendly and understanding. The way he taught was very clear and simple. I have done 3 group works in class and had present our ideas to the whole class. Its very cool and entertaining to see other's unique ideas.
So...i have to do a major projects with my group members by 23May, on powerpoint slides. Because of the tight schedule, i cannot miss a single lecture because i will be left very far behind. Which means everybody knows what to do and i'm not... = failing grades.
Heard from my friends that some girls in design school are weird. haha. Maybe some of their clothes look very special ba.. overall, they are actually very friendly and will talk to you.
Another thing which is different from other school is that, i don have a standard class. Most people have different timetable. So... we go to the room for lecture and then some of them may go to other class. That is bad for me because i'm not really that close with the people in both classes. But then still luckily, those "stranger" still joke around with me or help me with my work. Wow..and i find them unusually friendly, a lot more than i thought.
I must wake up at 7am in most days. Leave home at 8am. Reach school at 9am+, i'm late for every lecture btw. Typography until 12pm. I will go to the library to relax abit. Sms or look around for my friends for lunch. 3pm..back to the marketing lecture..ends at 6pm. So late... reach home at 7pm. Eat, shower and rest finish already 8 pm. Do work...until 1am. Sleep.
I don even know what CCA to join. No Dota for me anymore during weekdays. Finish assignment must do research. This new block teaching system means, everything fast pace so that you can finish 1 project every few weeks, instead of the past... 8 projects throughout the whole year.... if you are those last minute people, very good luck, 8 projects in 2 months, u no nd slp also cannot finish.
yeah... i have said whats inside me. Feel at least better.. i'm off to my reseach again, see ya.

Alright... just finished my first day of lectures. The first one was really...argh.... difficult. I would give it 6/10. But the work we had to do was..very very tedious. We were supposed to draw out our word in big letters. The letters must be the same style and proportional to the letters given to us in a typed-out notes. I have to measure the leagth of every letters in the note and exlarge 5 times on my A3 paper. Cool...very very tiring. Have to draw alot...Going to draw later. After the lesson. I went to find puayboon and met nigel, junlin half way there. We went for lunch and then Kahxiang and raymond found us. Next they went off to their lectures and i continued my drawing in the library with Puayboon and Mark talking with the girls by the other side. Poor me. I don like the fact that i have to change class for every subject, because i always find myself surrounded by strangers in every class. If i were in a fix class, i could make friends easily with people in my class right... sad man...
My time table is rather tight. Everyday ( except mon) lessons start from 9am - 6pm. The second lesson today was the Marketing thing. WOW...i just love that subject. The lecturer was very funny and friendly. I was able to raise my hands and answer question without thinking twice. Cool man...and i can still make the class laugh abit with silly but not-wrong kind of answer. Ok... I am going to get as much people's msn address as possible and make friends. If not when it comes to group work, i am going to be isolated and die. Ok..got to go and continue my drawing.. bye. Take care friends. Always hold on to your long time friends.
